PMC International consultants are

including graduation from FBI Executive Management sessions; served as
criminal justice advisors to the Governor of New Jersey; and served as
accreditation managers for the Commission on Accreditation of Law

Walter Zalisko, founder and CEO of PMC
International, is a decorated police executive who has more than
thirty three years experience in law enforcement and management. His experience includes serving as Chief
of Police in central Florida after retiring as a Commander for a large
northeast metropolitan police agency, and as Monmouth County (NJ)
Undersheriff for a 750 officer department, in a shore resort community of
over 550,000 residents. Since 1992, he has worked directly with a number of
domestic and international police departments ranging in size from 2
full-time officers to more than 5,000 officers in the areas of management
and operational studies, policies and procedures development,
accreditation, community policing, and security and risk management. From 1996- 2004 he was a lead representative for a US Department of State/USAID-sponsored overseas police training mission to
instruct Eastern European police agencies in modern policing practices
designed to assist their agencies in developing a parallel criminal justice
system. His skills as a law
enforcement professional and “problem solver” are nationally
recognized and sought after.
Walter consults to the motion
picture industry and appears as an expert commentator and analyst on
national television networks and programs, including Current Affair,
Dateline, Americas Most Wanted, Court TV, UPN
Investigative Reports, Nancy Grace, MSNBC, FOX News, NBC, and ABC. He is
also interviewed frequently on radio talk shows and in newspapers
throughout the country on police matters.
Our
consultants have successfully conducted a variety of transition,
management, security and operational studies for law enforcement, corporate
management, the legal profession, state government, and the United States
Department of State on international policing initiatives for Eastern
Europe.
PMC International's
global experience currently involves working with Eastern European police
and non-governmental agencies in developing law enforcement initiatives to
address the problem of Trafficking in Women and Children from Eastern Europe. PMC International was recently
commended by the United States Department of State and the New Jersey
Senate and Assembly for its efforts in organizing anti-trafficking and
international law enforcement initiatives.
